Along California’s Central Coast lies Lodi, where a Mediterranean-like climate produces stunning Zinfandel. Wine from this tiny fruit is big in intense jammy flavors. Experience waves of blueberry, spice and ripe raspberry jam, along with hints of black pepper. A long, lingering finish delights the palate. Our head-trained vines are rooted in rich, sandy loam soils and produce lower quantities of grapes, but with greater intensity and higher sugar content. We hand-harvest the clusters to protect the berries and their concentrated flavor and complexity.
