Light hay color that sparkled in the early spring sunlight. This is a pretty mild and approachable Vouvray in every way — mildly sweet, mildly acidic. Very easy to drink. Has characteristic full mouth-feel with flavors of pear, citrus, and sweet apple. Nice wine for sweeter wine lovers to enjoy without excluding the dry white consumers. |
