At the time his favorites were the wines from South Africa. Nick ended up making this hobby his career. He has been in the wine business in both wholesale and retail for the past 25 years. Some of his favorite regions include Italy, California, and the Rhone Valley. Some of Nick's favorite red varietals include Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. His favorite white varietals include Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Nick's passion for both domestic and imported wines continues a quarter of a decade after entering the world of wine.
