A blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Chardonnay. Fragrant aromas of jasmine, citrus and tropical fruits; fresh, crisp mouthfeel and a lingering finish. Kenwood has produced a delicious white table wine for over three decades. Blended from a combination of grapes from Sonoma County and other California appellations, this wine is delicious with a fruit/floral character and a refreshing finish. The Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel to preserve its lively and fruity character. The Chardonnay, fermented in French oak, adds weight to the mouthfeel as well as hints of sweet vanilla and toast. After fermentation these lots were blended together to form a delicious, well balanced wine. The crisp, bright fruit flavors of this versatile wine are perfect when served as an aperitif or with salads, fruit and cheese, light pasta dishes and fish.
