100% Gruner Veltliner. Hand harvested and transported to the cellar in small crates. Partly pressed as complete grapes and partly after maceration. Fermentation at 19-20 degrees Celsius using cutured yeasts. Left on fine lees in steel tanks for a short period before bottling in January.
This zesty fresh version of Gruner Veltliner burstswith crisp flavors. Aromas of fresh apples and black currants, along with a mineral spiciness lead to a palate of green apple, ripe grapefruit, and lime characteristic of the varietal. It is an extremely dry white with great mouthwatering Kamptal acidity. A superb summer companion.
